Shipping Options  (Important)

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND standard tracked shipping for countries outside of Singapore, as we'd prefer everyone to shop with an ease of mind. We will not be liable for any parcels loss in transit, nor will we be able to help track your parcels otherwise.

Flatpack mail: Orders are packed in A5 cardboard envelopes and are only meant for sticker orders. 
Standard (Untracked): The most affordable method of shipping. There will be no tracking numbers attached to your order, and should anything go wrong, the fulfilment partners will not be able to identify the issue for you.
Standard (Tracked): The most ideal method of shipping. We will attach a tracking number provided by our fulfilment partners for you to check on its progress. Should it get lost, we'd be able to identify the issue and provide the necessary arrangements.

Estimated Shipping Times

This is the time it takes for our fulfilment partners to get them delivered to your mailbox.

Singapore: 1-3 working days (excl. PH and weekends) 

Malaysia: 5-12 working days (excl. PH and weekends) 

Everywhere Else: 3-9 weeks (excl. PH and weekends) 

We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible; however, once your order has shipped and handed over to the postal carrier, it is no longer in our hands. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

NEW U.S. TARIFFS & CUSTOM REGULATIONS

Due to the recent update on shipping to the US, we will be pausing all non-sticker mail shipping options until a more affordable/reasonable alternative arrives. Till then, all U.S. friends will only be able to checkout our stickers.
